Abstract:
Based on WebGIS, HTTP communication, and database technologies, the drawbacks of the existing weather warning system are studied. A unified communication protocol is designed, and a oneclick integrated management and releasing platform of weather warning information is developed. The platform enables WebGIS map display, weather data overlay, and the oneclick dissemination, publication and distribution of early warning information. The oneclick publishing technology opens a new approach to the enhancement of meteorological service and warning information publishing capabilities.
