It can provide the customized disastrous weather alarm information services to various kinds of users, and enable users get more information about the realtime disastrous weather through mobile devices or PCs anytime and anywhere. The content and implementation ways are introduced from the aspects of system structure, information collection and processing, algorithm for judging the timing of disaster weather warning, and realtime information generating.
