Abstract:Based on the concept and methods of standardized maintenance and the requirements of universality, a universal offline test & maintenance platform for largescale electronic equipment is developed. The I/O interface parameters of the tested components in the electronic equipment were configured on site, on the humancomputer interaction interface of the test program. The working conditions, for which the tested components were simulated, and the realization of the offline test & maintenance meet the requirements of universality. The test & maintenance database was tightly combined with repairing processes and the concept and methods of standardized maintenance were always implemented, which is helpful to different level technicians in the technical support of electronic equipment. The combined loads under high voltage, large current, and irregular pulse waves are designed and its working conditions are fully simulated. The disadvantages of typical offline test & maintenance for electronic equipment are remedied by the platform.
