In order to meet the needs of the data management modernization and data sharing service and to realize the standardization of meteorological station history file compilation, the File Format of Meteorological Station History was formulated. The standards are in accordance with the requirements of the World Meteorological Organization, covers generally the related meteorological station history information, and has certain international versatility.
